1. Registration & Membership
All participants must complete the registration process and provide accurate information before joining. Membership fees, and the first month of fee must be paid in advance as per the chosen plan during registration (monthly, term-based, or annual).
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
2. Attendance & Participation
Players are expected to attend sessions regularly and arrive on time. If a player is unable to attend, prior notice should be given to the academy. Parents/ guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is picked up on time after each session.
3. Code of Conduct
Players must show respect to coaches, teammates, opponents, and referees at all times. Any form of bullying, aggressive behavior, or misconduct will not be tolerated. Proper sportsmanship and teamwork are expected in all training sessions and matches.
4. Health & Safety
Parents/ guardians must inform the academy of any medical conditions or injuries before training. Players should wear the appropriate football gear, including shin guards and proper footwear. The academy is not liable for any injuries sustained during training or matches, but first aid will be provided if needed.
5. Cancellations & Weather Policy
Sessions may be canceled due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances.
If a session is canceled, Kixx Football Academy will notify parents in advance and may reschedule if possible. Sessions missed due to personal reasons cannot be carried forward or rescheduled. However, if Kixx management reschedules a session due to unavoidable circumstances, a replacement session may be arranged.
6. Photography & Media Consent
The academy may take photos/videos of training sessions and matches for promotional purposes. Parents/ guardians must notify the academy in writing if they do not wish for their child’s images to be used.
7. Match & Tournament Participation
Players selected for matches or tournaments must adhere to team guidelines and schedules. Attendance at pre-match training is required for eligibility in matches. Parents must ensure their child arrives at the venue on time for matches.
8. Liability & Responsibility
The academy is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. Parents/ guardians are responsible for ensuring their child follows the academy’s rules and regulations.
9. Termination of Membership
The academy reserves the right to terminate a player’s membership due to repeated misconduct, unpaid fees, or failure to adhere to the academy’s rules. Parents may withdraw their child from the academy with prior notice, but fees already paid will not be refunded.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Kixx Football Academy reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the official website or directly to parents/guardians.
